Horrible Customer Service I purchased the club new on Ebay. After being satisfied at the distance and accuracy I discovered like previous review customers I noticed a weird sound with the club. The driver sounded like a hollow bat. Upon inspecting the club I discovered a 4 inch crack on the sole of the club. I contacted kzg by phone. I was treated like a person with a desease.

I was told that without a receipt from a dealer they would not accept the club. Being a scratch golf I explained there was not a nick, scratch or any other damage to the club. This was a defective product.

I bought the Gemini SL from eBay and took it to a club fitter to get fit for a shaft. I ended up choosing a UST Proforce 65 cut down to 44'. So far I'm very pleased with the club. It goes long, high and straight.

I've had to re-jig my short game as I've been used to coming into the greens with 4 and 5 irons and now it's 8's and 9's. No cracks yet, and I know that since I bought it online I'll be out of luck if it does, but I'm hoping that with my slow swing speed, I'll be ok. I would definitely recommend this club to someone who's given up hitting driver because they can't keep it on the fairway. It gives you the confidence to use anywhere and that's what I was looking for. I bought the Gemini SL from eBay and took it to a club fitter to get fit for a shaft.

It gives you the confidence to use anywhere and that's what I was looking for. It is straight and long and great on mis-hits! My driver clubhead speed is 94-96 MPH and I've had a few 300 yard drives! All of them in the fairway!

It developed a crack in the weld on the bottom, as two other brands of drivers I used did. The dealer not only replaced the head at no cost, except shipping, he also gave me a possible reason I cracked drivers. He checked my swing and found that I went back to an old habit of too steep an angle of attack and teeing the ball too low. I was bouncing the driver off the mat and turf after hitting the ball. When he fitted the club to me, he corrected my problem, but I started doing the same thing again. I've now played over 30 rounds and practiced many times at the range with the replacement club and have had no problems.

I stay off the range mats now, also. His advice to stop practicing on those hard mats and correcting my attack angle, increased my distance by 15-20 yards! And, no more cracks, just longer, straighter drives and better scoring! It's the best $350.00 I ever spent on a driver! It is straight and long and great on mis-hits! Seems kind of foolish in hindsight, but anyway, he was telling me that I have a tendency w/ drivers to hit it high and get no run. Suggested I get a shaft with low trajectory. He pushed the Fujikara on my and I went for it.

Prior to getting new driver, my game was worst I've seen in years. Play in MI and don't get out at all during winter. Usually start out well, but his year didn't. Good time for a new club, because I figured I couldn't hit it worse than my Cleveland Launcher 400. Didn't take long to fall in love with the club. Have hit it more consisently in play, and while a bad swing results in a bad shot, they are not as prevalent as they were. Hitting the many of the drives lower and they are running out!

Getting back to 260-280 yd drives! Swing speed is 95-100.

Love the looks of shaft and club head and like the head cover although its hard to get the sock over that huge driver head! Highly recommended!! I bought through authorized dealer and discussed cracking issues mentioned by other reveiwers. He told me he sold hundreds of these and has not had 1 complaint or problem. In addition, he told me he would back me up and if there was a problem, he'd ship back and repair for no charge. Taking the risk.

I also purchased a Gemini 460 on ebay and after reading reviews on-line I sold the club for fear of having a warranty problem (it was still in great shape).

I bought a new Gemini 460 from an authorized KZG dealer. I had a Grafalloy NT 85-X installed and absolutely love the club. It is amazingly accurate and easy to hit. The drivers are rather pricey, but I guess all new ti drivers are about $300 or more.

I love the clean look of this driver, I think it looks far better than the offerings from Titleist or Taylor Made. Not sure what the story is with authorized vs. Unauthorized KZG dealers, but my previous Gemini didn't have a serial number and my new one does. It worked pretty well and did what it was advertised to do. Drives were straight, just a few yards shorter than my normal drives. However, after playing the driver for a number of weeks, a crack developed on the sole of the club about where the double wall face was attached. I also contacted KZG for a replacement head and they said no luck since it wasn't purchased from authorized seller.

Well, I was certainly disappointed as I liked the driver and had planned to keep using it. However, if they are not going to stand behind their products like other golf OEM's, I can't afford to risk buying from them. KZG has a good idea with the double wall face of the Gemini but if they aren't willing to provide replacements for items that are truly manufactured by them, it's to big of risk to take. Oh well, live and learn. I bought this club BRAND NEW on ebay from a seller. It worked pretty well and did what it was advertised to do.

Oh well, live and learn. Like the last reviewer, I purchased this club online last winter. At first the club hit pretty well, a bit shorter than my old Daily junk driver, but more straight.

After like 6 months of using the club, it starting sounding very metalic on contact and much louder. I now have a huge crack on the bottom of the club and can no longer use it. I contacted KZG and they were completly unhelpful. Since I bought the club onlind and it was not an authorized dealer, they would not help me. Who checks that every item they buy is from any authorized dealer?? The fact that club is faulty in manufacturinig and they denied my warranty service is frustrating.

I finally asked to speak to the reps superior and the owner comes on the phone to tell me she cannot replace my club, knowing damn well they have a flaw. I ask if they can idetify the club and which dealer sold it originally. Response, 'check the hozel for a serial # it will be there.'

Big shocker no #. So I would suggest avoiding KZG like the plague, they do not hold up, they offer nothing special over the competition, and will screw you when you need their help. I bought this last winter after going to a launch monitor and finding out I would pick up 25 extra yards with a 10.5 degree gemini.

My swing speed is 124-128 so it turned my 300 yard carry drives to 325 yard carry. I put an Aldila NV 65 Stiff shaft in it. Spring comes and I'm ready to go.

This club is amazing! Every drive is the same trajectory and my snap-hooks are a thing of the past. I'm a 3-4 handicap and I usually lost 2 to 4 strokes a round on snap-hook drives out of bounds. Hit it way out on the toe and the ball goes dead straight with barely any loss in distance. I was just amazed.

In early August I started hitting it like crap. Ballooned drives, no distance, weird sounds. I eventually put it in the closet I was hitting it so bad.

Just 2 days ago I take it out of the closet and look it over really good. What do I see? A 1' crack close to the face on the bottom of the club. I can't wait to return this club and get a new one and start booming straight drives again!!! In my previous reviews on golf balls and irons, I have mentioned about searching for a perfect driver (my Zodiac sign is Virgo:)).we know there is no such thing as perfect. But hang in there. I was researching on driver and in this golfreview website, Pinemeadows DoubleWall kept coming up on the page. When I checked the DoubleWall up, very enthusiatic and excited about the technology behind.

However, buying it will really cost another burn to the wallet (the shipping cost plus the driver cost is more than US$360 - compared this to those more popular brand and possibly just as great). While researching for dual faced type driver, KZG Gemini came up as a strong alternative with dealers in my home country.

Plus the various reviews were extremely convincing (check it out at golf.about.com). I shaft the 355cc 9deg with a Regular SKFiber Pure Energy. What do you expect? It turns out BAD!!! (short and fade).

However, with the investment (around US$280+), I still decided to tune it. Fortunately, just tee-it-up higher than normal will do (weird). The tee shot got straighter and furthur than what I played with my previous driver (MAC Burrows Powersphere). My swing speed is around 85mph, which gave me around 200+ yards.

However, the confidence of straighter shot (cutting the fairway by half) increases the confidence for all the other shots. Believe that I will fulfill my New Year resolution of breaking 90 by end of this year 2006. Try this out, the dual faced technology really WORKS. Please do get it custom-fit.
